Our new name (and look) reflects growth and a new direction. Building on the success of Cara M. Jordan Editing, Flatpage strives to become the most innovative editorial agency and publishing house catering to intellectuals and creatives of all kinds. We endeavor not only to become the most trusted brand in the industry but be a leader; we want to play a small but pivotal role in shaping the ideas presented by authors and help them make an impact.
From our well-established past in fine art and art history, Flatpage is branching out to include new academic subject areas. We will now cover the fields of arts and culture, as well as politics and society, broadly defined to include subject areas such as cultural studies; dance and performance; film and media studies; gender and LGBTQ+ studies; history and history of science; languages and literature; philosophy; and race, political, economic, and social theory. We hope to expand to even more fields soon!
